1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Avora Escapes' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Avora Escapes provides travel planning and booking services including:

  • Personalized itinerary design and travel consultation
  • Flight, accommodation, and activity bookings
  • Travel coordination and logistics management
  • Pre-trip preparation and during-trip support
  • Emergency assistance while traveling

We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).

3. Planning Fees

Our planning fees are separate from travel costs:

  • Essential: $250 for basic trip planning
  • Premium: $500 for comprehensive itineraries
  • Bespoke: Custom pricing for luxury journeys

Planning fees are non-refundable once itinerary design begins. All travel costs (flights, hotels, activities) are quoted separately and are subject to supplier terms.

4. Bookings and Payments

Deposits

Some bookings require deposits or full payment at the time of reservation. Payment requirements vary by supplier and will be communicated clearly before booking.

Final Payment

Final payment is typically due 60-90 days before departure, depending on supplier policies.

Payment Methods

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers via secure payment processors.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by supplier. At the time of booking, we will provide:

  • Clear cancellation deadlines
  • Applicable cancellation fees
  • Refund eligibility and timelines

Important: Our planning fees are non-refundable. Refunds for travel bookings are subject to supplier policies. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

6. Changes to Bookings

Changes to confirmed bookings may incur fees from suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.). We will communicate all applicable fees before making changes. Minor itinerary adjustments during the planning phase are included in your planning fee.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other unforeseen circumstances. We can provide guidance on insurance options, but the decision to purchase is yours.

8. Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents including:

  • Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates
  • Required visas for your destinations
  • Vaccination certificates if required
  • Any other documentation required by destination countries

We provide guidance on requirements, but ultimate responsibility lies with you.

9. Liability Limitations

Avora Escapes acts as an intermediary and is not liable for:

  • Actions or omissions of third-party suppliers
  • Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or force majeure events
  • Lost or stolen belongings
  • Injuries, illness, or accidents during travel
  • Failure to obtain necessary travel documents

Our maximum liability is limited to the planning fees paid to us, not including costs paid directly to suppliers.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government restrictions, or supplier bankruptcy.

11. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Review all itineraries and booking confirmations carefully
  • Make timely payments
  • Obtain necessary travel documents and insurance
  • Follow supplier terms and conditions
  • Notify us immediately of any issues during travel

12. Disputes

Any disputes will be governed by the laws of India. We encourage resolving disputes through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
